O’Laughlin Discusses Why A Statewide Shelter In Place Order Has Not Been Issued

To this point, Missouri Governor Mike parson has not issued a statewide shelter in place order. Senator Cindy O’Laughlin.
Residents in Kansas City, St. Louis City and St. Louis County have been ordered to stay at home to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus
The Shelbina Republican says residents need to follow the instructions from authorities.
Columbia had a news conference Tuesday morning, where officials announced a stay at home order for Boone County from Wednesday morning through April 24.
