Northeast Missouri Old Threshers Show Begins Thursday

The 35th annual Northeast Missouri Old Threshers Show begins Thursday in Shelbina. Secretary Jenna Begley says a tractor ride will kick off activities Thursday morning at 9.
The four-day event features continuous daily activities including heavy equipment demonstrations, steam engines and a blacksmith shop. Further activities can be found at the NEMO Village on the grounds. Begley says the rideable steam train is a highlight.
Concerts will highlight Friday and Saturday nights beginning at 7.
Admission is 12 dollars for adults and children 12 and under are free. The event runs through Sunday.
