The NJCAA Monday announced it has canceled the Division One and Two Basketball championships as well as spring competition, effective immediately. The Moberly Greyhounds season ends at 27-6, and the Lady Hounds season ends at 29-4. Greyhounds coach Pat Smith says he feels for the players, after hearing last week that the tournament was being postponed a month.

Smith says making the decision to delay, and then eventually cancel, were both the right decisions.

Lady Hounds Coach Hana Haden talked about the emotional roller coaster.

Both had been named 16 seeds for their respective tournaments. All on and off-campus recruiting for all sports will be halted until April 15th. The NAIA also announced the entire spring sports season has been cancelled.
