June is National Dairy Month, with milk producers eager to reach out to more consumers and highlight the nutritional benefits of dairy. Midwest Dairy CEO Molly Pelzer says that includes not just advertising campaigns, but also partnerships across their ten-state region.

Pelzer says the exhibits range from dairy cows staying on-site for demonstrations to giving visitors the chance to talk with milk producers about the industry.
