National Ag Day taking place in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic is giving farm groups a chance to highlight the strength of America’s food supply. Missouri Farm Bureau president Blake Hurst says while the store shelves might not show it at the moment after a spike in demand from panic buying, much of agriculture is still in full operation.

Hurst says Missouri Farm Bureau has launched their annual food drive early to help families impacted by furloughs, layoffs, and extended spring breaks from school.
