Moberly Teams Look To Sweep Season Series Versus Hannibal

Moberly and Hannibal will meet for the second time this season in a Tuesday night conference bout. The Lady Spartans overcame the Lady Pirates with a third quarter push to win 60-42. Senior guard Haley Baker dropped a season-high 20 points in the win, all in the second half. Coach Tony Vestal.

Moberly has won eight straight against Hannibal dating back to 2020. Mariah Mayfield scored 21 points to lead Hannibal the first time the two sides met.

The Spartans earned a 60-55 overtime win over the Pirates in the first boys meeting. Coach Brett Boyer points to the second half as the difference maker.

Mason Bivins finished with 19 points in the win. Boyer says his team has to trust the process as the regular season winds down.
