Moberly Man Arrested For Second Degree Murder

A Moberly man has been charged with second degree murder and delivery of a controlled substance. The Moberly Police Department says an investigation into the death of a Moberly resident in July of last year found the resident died from a fentanyl overdose, which was allegedly supplied by 32-year-old Michael A. Graves. Graves is being held in the Randolph County Jail with no bond.
