Moberly City Council Approves Bids for Police Equipment

The Moberly City Council approved a pair of bids for equipment for the police department Monday night. Finance Director Greg Hodge says the first deals with an upgrade to the department’s police shields.
The bid for the four level-three ballistic shields came from Hardwire LLC of Maryland for more than 96 hundred dollars. Hodge says the second bid is for an incinerator for the department.
The incinerator bid came from GEI Works for approximately five-thousand dollars.
