Moberly Assistant Police Chief Discusses Communication Following Command School Graduation

One of the areas of emphasis during the Missouri Police Chiefs Association Command School was media relations. Moberly Assistant Police Chief Tracey Whearty, who just graduated from the school, says communicating with the media and the public is an important part of law enforcement.
Whearty talks about why some people enter the law enforcement profession.
Some other topics during the command school included administration, issues in liability, homeland security, personnel management, and issues in criminal law.
