MOBERLY ALUM PROVIDES UNFILTERED VIEW OF SWINE INSTITUTE

About 40 people attended the annual Swine Institute Wednesday in Sedalia, but for those unable to take part, they had the chance to follow along on social media with the aid of a recent Moberly graduate. Anna Kate Link posted updates from the institute as a member of the National Pork Board’s Real Pig Farming Student Social Forces team.
Link, who is currently enrolled at the University of Missouri, says she was pleased to learn alongside producers from the various speakers.
Link is among 13 students on the National Pork Board’s Real Pig Farming Student Social Forces team. The Swine Institute was co-hosted by the University of Missouri and the Missouri Pork Association.
