Mitigation Plan Set at Rollins Street Sewer Lagoon

Work should begin within the next two weeks at the Rollins Street sewer lagoon to mitigate the smell coming from it. Interim Utilities Director Steve Wilson says the project has multiple steps.
The final step will begin in March.
The project is expected to be completed by April 1st.
