Mexico Renews Residential Trash Contract

The City of Mexico is renewing the residential trash contract with Dayne’s Waste Disposal for another 10 years, through March of 2034. City Manager Bruce Slagle says the city put out a request for proposals in the fall.
The contract will continue to include an annual adjustment to cover increased costs.
The city council approved the renewal Monday night.
