Sweetens Sealing Services of Wright City had the winning bid for about 87-hundred dollars, which was well under the city engineer’s estimate of more than 35 thousand dollars, and the other three bids, which ranged between almost 41 thousand up to more than 131 thousand dollars.
The city council accepted the bid at last Monday’s meeting.
