University of Missouri associate dean for extension Rob Kallenbach says a pair of studies have helped outline their goals.  The Show-Me State Food, Beverage and Forest Products Manufacturing survey has identified areas where Missouri can add $70 billion in value to products from the state’s farms and forests, while the Workforce Needs Assessment has outlined what capital and labor are needed to create new food and agribusiness.
