Marketing Group Sees Great Potential for Moberly’s Fennel Complex

McClure Economic Development Strategist Clint Sloss provided a marketing study report on Moberly’s Fennel complex last week. Sloss suggests a craft business.

Moberly owns the structure, so Sloss recommended reduced rent as an incentive for the first two years, increased rent in the third year, then market rent or an outright purchase in the fourth year.

The McClure economic development strategist’s presentation referenced similar communities in Iowa where craft businesses have thrived.
