Marceline Superintendent Not Banking on Full Foundation Formula Funds

Even though the Missouri Legislature passed a fully funded K-12 foundation formula, Marceline Superintendent Brian Sherrow is not sure school districts will actually see those funds.
Sherrow is anticipating Missouri Governor Mike Parson will withhold some of those funds.
Sherrow says the Marceline School District will plan its 2021 fiscal budget on the conservative side to avoid any shortfalls.
