Marceline Names Bevier’s Bruner Next Superintendent

Marceline named Dr. Zach Bruner its next superintendent Saturday. Bruner will replace Brian Sherrow, who accepted the assistant superintendent job at his alma mater Chillicothe last month.
Bruner leaves Bevier after one year as the district’s superintendent. The 2005 Marceline graduate Bruner notes he didn’t expect the opportunity to lead his alma mater this early.
Bruner begins Marceline duties July 1st. Bevier selected current Principal Chad Hall to be its next superintendent.
