Man Accused of Defrauding Customers in Howard and Cooper Counties

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced his office filed charges against a Springfield man for allegedly promising to move mobile homes, then abandoning those projects after getting paid upfront. 56-year-old Bobby L. Justice, of Bobby’s Mobile Transport, faces two counts of deceptive business practices and two counts of stealing for defrauding consumers and financially exploiting elderly Missourians in Cooper and Howard Counties.
