Magic City Mini Train Celebrates 20th Anniversary on Fourth of July

The Mini Train in Moberly’s Rothwell Park will celebrate 20 years of operation on July 4th. Randolph County Historian J.W. Ballinger appeared on KWIXLAND This Morning, and said initial plans for a mini train in downtown Moberly were derailed by the tornado of ’95.

Once a location was determined, Ballinger shared the next steps.

Ballinger said the Mini Train has had a memorable 20 years in the Magic City.

The train will run from noon until 4 in Rothwell Park on July 4th. Tickets will be at a reduced price of $2 per rider.
