The Macon School District has announced the hiring of Jeff Jones as the new principal at Macon High School for the 2022-23 school year. Jones brings 13 years of educational experience to Macon. He has served as a teacher, a college and career coordinator, and an administrator. He previously served as the Moberly High School Principal from 2018 to 2021. He is currently teaching in the Centralia School District. Jones will fill the position of Dr. Brent Hodge who will move into the superintendent role in the next school year.
