Macon County R-IV School District to Make Playground Improvements

The Macon County R-IV School District in New Cambria plans to install new playground equipment for younger students. Superintendent John Dunham explains.

In addition to the new equipment, Dunham says the district will also add something to allow kids to be outside even if the ground is wet.

The Macon County R-IV School Board’s meeting this past Thursday revealed some significant cost savings for these playground improvements.

The improvements should be complete by the end of October.
