Lewis Waste Basin Bill Gets Senate Public Hearing

Representative Ed Lewis’ bill that modifies permit requirements relating to fertilizer and clean water laws had a public hearing in the Senate last week.
House Bill 2134 passed out of the House with just two dissenting votes.
Denali in February was ordered to empty two waste basins in southwest Missouri.
