Lawmakers Will Hear Compost Awareness Bill

The Missouri House Rural Community Development Committee will hold a public hearing tomorrow (Mon.) on Representative Adrian Plank’s plan to designate the first full week in May as Missouri Compost Awareness Week.
Plank says the pandemic made it tougher for growers to get fertilizer.
The hearing is scheduled for noon.
