Kirksville Taking Part in Thriving Communities Regional Pilot Program

The City of Kirksville has signed an agreement to take part in the Thriving Communities Regional Pilot Program. Communications Director Austin Miller says this program will help the city address transportation needs.

Miller adds it will be financially beneficial to the city.

The program is run by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Kirksville’s deal is for two years.
