Kirksville Receives a Grant from MoDOT

Kirksville Assistant City Manager Ash Young says they have received approval of a grant from MoDOT.
This includes a number of areas.
The Kirksville City Council is expected to officially approve the 2020 budget during a meeting next Monday.
