Kirksville Police Helping With Neighborhood Watch Programs

The Kirksville Police Department announced it will help citizens establish Neighborhood Watch Programs. The groups assist law enforcement by being eyes and ears and a source of information for events occurring in their neighborhood. Law enforcement will also assist the Neighborhood Watch to organize, provide guidance on spotting, reporting and addressing suspicious activity and crime, and communicate with the group.
