Killinger Discusses Path to Indiana State

Former Lady Greyhounds Head Coach Chad Killinger was introduced as the next women’s basketball coach for Indiana State last week. Killinger says his plan was to be a Division I head coach within three to four years after leaving Moberly three summers ago.

Killinger says there were things that are appealing about the Sycamores job, besides the fact that it’s in his home state.

Killinger inherits a couple of guards with Missouri ties: former Jefferson City Lady Jay Caitlin Anderson just wrapped up her sophomore season, and junior Natalia Lalic previously played for Mineral Area.

You can hear our interview with Chad Killinger this Friday on Magic City Sports Talk on Information Radio KWIX.
