Missouri Farmers Care has issued a call for producers to continuing donating pigs to their Hogs For Hunger campaign. McCarty says the efforts now includes an opportunity for 4-H and FFA exhibitors to donate their projects to the cause.
Missouri Farmers Care executive director Ashley McCarty notes that the Hogs for Hunger is now included in the group’s Drive To Feed Kids, which is entering its fifth year. Details on how to donate hogs to the project are available on the group’s website.
