The Boone County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Harrisburg man Tuesday night following a report of a disturbance with a gun. The department says deputies went to the 17 thousand block of North Oak Grove School Road around 8:45, after a caller reported 25-year-old Brendon Sublett was fighting with someone else, and put a gun to their head. Sublett then left and deputies found him a short distance away. The victim told deputies Sublett had fired one shot, and they did find a shell casing. Sublett faces charges of armed criminal action, domestic assault, resisting or interfering with arrest, and tampering with physical evidence.
