Hallsville Schools Looking to Boost Teacher Salaries

The Hallsville School Board looked at a proposed preliminary budget at its latest meeting. Communications Director Kari Yeagy says the primary focus of the budget was improving benefits and pay for faculty and staff.
After passing Proposition B April 5th, Yeagy says the district is moving forward with its bond issuance paperwork.
The next Hallsville School Board meeting is May 18th.
