Moberly Sugar Creek Lake Grout Project Progressing

Moberly Utilities Director Mary-West-Calcagno says the grout project at Sugar Creek Lake is more than half done.
However, there have been some delays in the work.
A similar project also took place at Sugar Creek lake in the 80s.
