Greyhounds Remain 12th and Lady Hounds Drop to 21st This Week
The Moberly Greyhounds remained 12th in this week’s NJCAA basketball rankings. The Moberly Lady Greyhounds dropped seven places to 21st. Salt Lake of Utah is the new top men’s team, up one spot from a week ago. They’re followed by Chipola, Odessa, Southern Idaho, and last week’s Number One, Indian Hills. John A. Logan is up one to 8th. Southeastern of Iowa, which Moberly could face in the semifinals of this weekend’s tournament at Highland, is back in the rankings at 22nd. Triton dropped six places to 25th. Mineral Area is getting votes. Eastern Florida State jumped three places to take over the top spot for the women. They’re followed by Gulf Coast State, Southern Idaho, South Georgia Tech, and Blinn. The Trinity Valley women dropped from first to sixth. Three Rivers is up one to 17th. Wabash Valley is up four to 18th.
