Francis Leads Senior Core for Salisbury in Quest for State Title Repeat

Cooper Francis leads a strong group of returners as the Salisbury Panthers will seek a second straight state title in the 2023-24 season. Coach Kenny Wyatt says they’ll lean on a trio of senior starters.

Wyatt adds there is a solid group of players that are expected to fill in behind them.

Sophomore Patrick White and senior Eli Jackson are also expected to contribute to the Panthers’ cause. Wyatt says the team will need to fill some needs in order to achieve its goals.

After going 29-3 last season and claiming the program’s second state title, the Panthers will begin their journey for a repeat season on November 21st when they host New Franklin.
