Four Moberly men are now charged after a shooting in Moberly Sunday night. Wednesday, 17-year-old James Linebaugh was charged with first degree assault and armed criminal action. He drove one of the two cars involved in the incident. He and the other three men had gone to Harvest Lane looking to confront someone who had sold them a pill that turned out not to be the Adderall they had wanted.

18-year-old Orlandeon Kirby was charged with first degree assault and armed criminal action Tuesday. Kirby admitted to a friend that he fired shots from one of the cars. He’s held on 150 thousand dollars bond. 19-year-old Jairee Holmes and 18-year-old Aaron Clay from Moberly have both been charged with first degree assault. They are each held on 100 thousand dollars bond.
