Financing in Place for Kirksville Aquatic Center

The financing is in place for the new Kirksville Aquatic Center, and an official groundbreaking date has been set. Assistant City Manager Ash Young says the council approved the financial piece this week.
The groundbreaking will be January 22nd at 11 am.
The facility is expected to be open in May 2021.
