The Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Association has released its final state baseball rankings for the 2023 season. In Class 1 Green City dropped two spots to ninth. Meanwhile, La Plata was among the teams receiving votes. Salisbury remained in seventh in Class 2 while New Franklin and Harrisburg received votes. Class 4 saw upward movement for two area teams as Southern Boone jumped three spots to fourth while Hallsville moved up one to ninth. Macon and Father Tolton both received votes in the Class 4 poll. In Class 6 Rock Bridge fell one spot to fourth.
