Fayette Juneteenth Celebration This Weekend

Fayette’s 21st Juneteenth Celebration will run from Friday night through Sunday around the Howard County Courthouse Square. Organizer Tim Jackman says Friday night will feature gospel music followed by a full day of events Saturday starting at 7:30am.

There will also be a motorcade throughout the city and a fireworks celebration at 9pm. This year’s theme is “In This Together”.

The celebration wraps up Sunday morning with a worship service at 11am.
