This weekend’s Missouri Livestock Symposium will again feature the latest inductee of the Northeast Missouri Livestock Hall of Fame as part of its evening of honors. The symposium’s Andy Jackson says the Friday evening program will also recognize the educator of the year.

The program begins at 7 p.m. and will include a free beef meal starting at 6. Doctor Temple Grandin of Colorado State University will deliver the keynote speech, and also present two of the 48 sessions available to attendees Saturday.
