EquipmentShare Facility Project Inching Closer to the Finish Line

EquipmentShare representatives spoke on the progress of its current facility project in Moberly and vision for the future at Monday’s Moberly City Council meeting. EquipmentShare hopes to be up and running in April. City Manager Brian Crane says there are still a few hurdles to clear.
EquipmentShare’s planned manufacturing facility takes over the former Dura Automotive facility on Robertson Street. Project plans include manufacturing and rebuilding construction equipment. Crane says the city is excited to see EquipmentShare’s vision come to fruition.
EquipmentShare’s plan is to hire up to 150 employees in the coming years. Company representatives also plan to reach out to former Dura Automotive employees to take some of those jobs.
