EPA Chief Discusses WOTUS Replacement

Wheeler said the new rule defines four categories of what would fall under federal jurisdiction, including territorial seas and traditional navigable waters, tributaries to those waters, certain lakes and ponds, and wetlands adjacent to jurisdictional waters.
