Deputy Commissioner and Former Salisbury Superintendent to Retire

Former Salisbury Superintendent, and the current deputy commissioner with DESE, Dr. Roger Dorson is set to officially retire.
Dorson, who says he enjoys dealing with finances, has some specific plans for retirement.
