1-1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and freeze for 1 hour. Stir; return to freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.

6 eggs
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/4 lb. pepperjack cheese
4 T. chopped onion
4 T. chopped celery
4 T. chopped red tomatoes
4 T. chopped green peppers
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
paprika
Saute onions. Add the meat. When the mixture is cooked, add the remaining vegetables and spices. Simmer for 2 minutes, then beat together the eggs, pepperjack cheese and 2 T water. Place the vegetable mixture in a greased baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 450 oven.
