“Dolly Parton Soup Diet”

medium head of cabbage
2 medium onions
2 medium green peppers
1 bunch celery

Cut in bite size pieces. Add 1 #2 can whole tomatoes. Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt if desired. Then, add 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix or beef stew mix. Works well in crock pot. Use this as diet for supper only.
