Columbia Woman Injured in Boone County Crash

A Columbia woman suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle crash in Boone County around 7:05 Thursday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a Toyota 4Runner driven by 26-year-old Emily Clarahan was headed north on Highway 63 north of Turkey Creek when it began to slide while trying to slow down for congested traffic ahead from a previous crash, rotated counterclockwise, travelled off the left side of the roadway, struck the median and overturned. Clarahan was taken to Columbia for treatment.
