Columbia Police Arrest Second Teen

Columbia Police arrested a second teen in connection to a homicide in the 18-hundred block of McKee on Saturday. A 16-year-old boy faces charges of first-degree murder, assault and armed criminal action. Police announced Tuesday the arrest of another boy for the death of the girl.
