Columbia Man Killed in Shooting

One Columbia man is dead, and another has been arrested, following a shooting Monday night. Police responded to the 5400 block of Irma Drive around 9:50pm, where they found 19-year-old Roberto Angel Lauer. He died at the scene. Officers arrested 18-year-old Shawn Paul Long for involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action.
