Clean Fuels Hoping To Take Flight

Clean Fuels Alliance America is expressing confidence in the future of biodiesel and other renewable fuels as 2024 approaches.  The biodiesel industry is on track to produce more than four billion gallons this year of the cleaner burning fuel.  Greg Anderson, a soybean farmer from northeastern Nebraska, is a member of the Clean Fuels board.

Anderson says Clean Fuels is hopeful to expand the reach of renewable fuels into other areas, most notably sustainable aviation fuel.

Greg Anderson of Clean Fuels Alliance America adds that ocean liners and railroads are also increasing their use of biodiesel, allowing the industry to use an average of over 1.2 billion pounds of soybean oil per month in the past year.
