Christmas in the Park Starts Sunday

The 36th annual Christmas in the Park event in Moberly officially kicks off with the lighting ceremony at 5:30pm this Sunday. Altrusa member Kristee Ornburn explains.

Aside from December 11th, freewill donations will be accepted from 5-9pm each night through December 23rd.

One of this year’s new elements was inspired by an idea to have an angel display to memorialize anyone who has lost a child.

Ornburn says the memorial tree will be placed next to the Lodge.
