Changes and Updates to Moberly Parks and Rec Expected for 2024

Moberly Parks & Rec Director Troy Bock gives an update on the Kiwanis Park Project.
Bock expects the lakeshore projects at Rothwell Park to go to bid in January.
The department looks to begin construction in late spring.
