Center For Soy Innovation Awaits Summer Field Trips

Parents and summer groups looking to provide an educational experience in Jefferson City are encouraged to schedule a visit to the Center for Soy Innovation. Director of Education and Outreach Baylee Siegel says visitors to the center will see a wide range of soy-based products on display.

Siegel adds that tours of the Center, which opened in March 2020 as Missouri Soybeans’ new headquarters, include several outdoor exhibits.
